Yes, you can cook fish in a Crockpot, and this recipe, from A Year of Slow Cooking, proves just how yummy Crockpot fish can be.
Ingredients for four Tilapia filets:4 filets of Tilapia 1/4 cup mayonnaise1/2 cup shredded Parmesan cheese Juice of 2 lemons4 chopped garlic cloves
You'll also need a few sheets of aluminum foil.
Directions:1. Mix all ingredients (besides fish) together in a bowl2. Lay out a piece of foil3. Rub sauce mixture onto both sides of fish filet4. Place filet on foil, and fold foil over to make a packet for the fish5. Repeat for each fish filet, and place all the packets into the Crockpot6. Cook on high for 2 hours.
