I've mentioned this a few times already, but lately I have been lovin' on monochrome. One of my favorite tricks is to create a monochromatic, neutral base and jazz it up with layers, patterns, bright colors, etc.
It was a really warm day (80 degrees), so I figured I could get away with wearing a lot of white. But I incorporated some fall into my outfit as well by wearing a scarf (of course), and this light, burgundy cardigan.
Based on the 10-day forecast, it looks like fall is here to stay (yay!), but I'm glad I was able to wear my favorite shorts one last time before putting them away for the year.
