My inner child loves that, on Thursday nights in August, the Salem Parks & Recreation Department hosts movies on the Salem Common. Last Thursday, the movie was Madagascar 2. As you could probably guess, we were the only adults there, besides parents, but we had fun. This week, they're playing Hook, one of my childhood favorites, so I'm hoping I can convince B to accompany me again.
It was crazy hot during the day Thursday, but by dusk it had cooled enough that I could wear 3/4 length sleeves & a light scarf. Yay! I opted for stripes on stripes because, as much as I love pattern mixing, I also love doubling up on a single pattern.
